Nicole - Reception & Front Desk
Nicole is from Troy and attended Troy High School. She received a certificate in Medical Billing and Coding from Branford Hall Career Institute in Albany. Since 2017 she has been a member of the Berkshire Volunteer Fire Co. and is on the TriCounty Water Rescue Team. Nicole enjoys archery, photography, gardening, cooking, kayaking, and spending time with her children. She resides in Gloversville.
Lisa - Dental Assistant
Lisa lives in Galway. She has been a proud member of our team for over thirty years. She has a son, Erick, who lives in Georgia.
Gretchen - Registered Dental Hygienist
Gretchen, R.D.H. is a 2011 graduate from Monroe Community College, where she received her Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene. She is from Johnstown, where she still resides with her husband and two sons. She enjoys most raising her two little boys and being with family and friends.

Alisa - Patient Care Coordinator
Alisa joined our team in 1995. She resides in Ballston Spa with her husband of 42 years. She is the mother of three and grandmother of six. Alisa enjoys people, travel, and learning new things.
Mary Beth - Registered Dental Hygienist
Mary Beth, R.D.H. has been a member of our team since 1996. She received her A.A.S. in dental hygiene in 1989 from Hudson Valley Community College. Mary Beth grew up in Glens Falls, has a daughter, and currently resides in Queensbury with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf and pickleball, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
